The second installment of the HSTV multi-part series, Security Through Diversity.
This program explores the issues and challenges facing women in the largely male-dominated homeland security workforce. We look at the history of how women have struggled for equality in the workplace and trace recent trends in workplace equality and discrimination through the eyes of five women who have overcome these various obstacles to become leaders in the homeland security field.

About The Series:
The HSTV Security Through Diversity series profiles successful homeland security professionals from various ethnic and religious backgrounds and explores the issues they've faced throughout their careers. The goal of the series is to educate managers and co-workers about the myriad issues surrounding diversity in the workplace.
